Start by identifying the exact model

Samsung names can be similar, especially across S Series and A Series models. Check the device model in Settings if the screen still works, or look for the model number on the SIM tray/box if available. Choosing the wrong model can lead to the wrong part being quoted.

Screen symptoms that need professional attention

Foldable Samsung phones need extra care

Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold repairs are different from standard slab phones. Hinge damage, inner display faults and frame alignment can all affect the final repair. If the device has been dropped on the hinge or does not open evenly, mention that when you contact us.

Booking a Samsung repair

Our Samsung repair pages are organised by range, including S Series, A Series, Z Flip and Z Fold. Choose the closest model first, then select the repair you need. If your exact model is not listed, contact the workshop and we can advise.
