Step 1: choose your device and repair

Start by choosing the correct repair page for your device. This helps us understand the model, the issue and the repair option you want before the device arrives.

Step 2: package the device safely

Use a sturdy box with padding. Remove loose accessories unless we have specifically asked for them. If the repair is for charging, include a note about the cable/charger you use if the issue is intermittent.

Step 3: send it using a tracked service

Tracked postage gives both you and the workshop a clear record of the parcel. Keep the tracking number until the repair is complete.

Step 4: repair, test and return

Once the device arrives, it is checked, repaired, tested and returned securely. Our mail-in repair page explains the normal process and turnaround expectations.

Mail-in is especially useful for iPhone, Samsung, iPad, laptop and console repairs where you already know the fault and want a convenient UK-wide option.
