Use a good case and screen protector
Most screen repairs start with a drop. A quality case and screen protector cannot prevent every break, but they can reduce the chance of cracked glass and frame damage.
Keep the charging port clean
Lint and dust can build up inside charging ports. If the cable stops clicking in properly, avoid forcing it. A charging issue caught early is often easier to deal with.
Avoid heat and moisture
Heat speeds up battery wear and moisture can cause corrosion. Avoid leaving phones on dashboards, near heaters or in damp environments.
Back up regularly
Backups are the best protection against sudden faults, water damage or serious impact. Set up automatic backups where possible.
